The first time you start the Scoreboard Connect application, the top left status box will show you as disconnected from the Scoreboard Live network.
To connect to the Scoreboard Live network, select File > Settings in the application menu. The Settings-dialog will open:
Server URL is set to the Swedish site by default, if you are using the Finnish site, change this to end with .fi instead of .se, otherwise leave it as it is.
Select the club that your Scoreboard Live account is registered to.
You need to register your device with the Scoreboard Live network. Click the Register-button and enter a 6-character registration code.
A new registration code can be generated by signing in to the Scoreboard Live webpage and selecting Devices and then clicking the Add new device-button.
After successful registration of your device, the registration code together with a confirmation message will be displayed in the settings box.
Finally select the tournament to connect to using Scoreboard Connect.
